"This company relies on AI and is not truly available 24/7. They sent a technician to my home who was unable to fix my issue, yet claimed it had been addressed. I called back immediately, and their AI bot booked me a new appointment that evening. The technician never showed. I called again over the course of the next two days, with no resolution. I received multiples text threads over the course of the two days stating that my concern had been escalated to the "on call manager," who never called. Today I spoke with the company and they said that there is no one in the office over the weekend! Despite my horrible experience, they refused to refund the cost of the "service."
