"From the beginning Brooklyn Soundproofing and Insulation was on top of the job. I had a home estimate and from the first day to the end, the company's performance was over 100%. They said the job would take 3 days and it took only 3 days. I had to soundproof my wall in my living room because I could literally hear my next door neighbor breathing as well as having temper tantrums every other day. They cleared out the space and kept the work in an enclosed area to prevent the dust from spreading through the apt. The workers were amazing and they did a great job putting a soundproof wall over my existing wall in the living room. <br /> After the wall was completed, I couldn't even tell that a new wall was installed. He made several recommendations after an in depth examination, and wrote up a detailed quote breaking out each line item. I appreciated the cost transparency. We decided to take the initial step of applying spray foam to insulate the duct work in the basement and attic. Gene used good ventilation techniques and the end result was very neat. He cleaned up well. He shared the before and after data in terms of the surface temperature of the duct work. It is clear it is making a difference in terms of the evenness of the heating in the home. I will definitely hire again."

"What I didn't realize was that the Triple Play was not really anything more than the technician turning on the system to make sure it was working. I was a bit annoyed to hear that when the technician, Gary, explained that to me. I'm particularly sensitive and put-off by offers that aren't as good as what they seem, HOWEVER, when I expressed that dismay to Gary - without any annoyance or disappointment when I told him I didn't need that because I was capable of turning the system and feeling if cold air was blowing out of the vents - without a sales-y tone or agenda, suggested I consider the regular maintenance, which included a thorough check of all components, comprehensive cleaning, filter changes, etc. He clearly explained exactly what he was going to do, answered about 15 follow up questions I gave the green light. I proceeded to follow him around, asking more questions, having him show me how the system worked and explaining things I was not aware of even as the homeowner. He was patient and took the time to show me some basic things that I could do in the future to keep the system in good shape without necessarily needing maintenance (like changing the filters). He told me the system was working great, which surprised me because I assume he would tell me something was wrong so he could sell me something. I was particularly shocked when he told me the system didn't need any coolant; I've heard ALL these HVAC companies ALWAYS tell homeowners they need coolant. Anyway, it took him about 2 hours and I stalked him most of the time and he was very thorough. I am satisfied and will plan to use Innovative Air in the Fall when it's time to have the furnace and hot water heater checked. Guys on the phone were nice, service seemed honest and complete."

"This was a well rated company so I hired them to insulate during my larger construction job.  They are a little hard to get in contact with by phone, but email was regularly replied to. He had to subcontract the work due to other job commitments he had also taken on.  The installers were on time and did an efficient job.  After spraying they cleaned the garage as well.  Good job <br />"

"They arrived on time. They offered assistance with moving the furniture out of their work area. The workers made sure to cover the floors and all the furniture before they began their work. The work was completed in two days as predicted. They forgot to include one of the entryways ceilings In the contract. I mentioned this to the worker and after a phone call to Ari they proceeded to do the work. Although I would have liked to see Ari at some point during the insulation process, I believe the work was done well. We will wait for this coming winter to give our final verdict. <br />"
