"My appointment was pushed back by 4 hours but they kept me in the loop so I wasn’t upset. The appointment itself was fine. A few days after the appointment the dryer vent hose fell off because it hadn’t been properly reattached. Also, the thermostat wires were pulled out of my thermostat and I lost heat for the night. I was not entirely pleased but I don’t think any of this was intentional. Probably just a long day and lack of attention to detail."

From the start, Greg Blair and his team went out of their way in suggesting ways to accomplish exactly what we wanted. His team sought our feedback on every decision made right down to the routes the outside lines took to make sure they were as integrated as possible. Even though the job was difficult as our house is a three-story brick house with terra cotta blocks in the walls and metal where you would think metal shouldn't be, all of them remained positive, helpful and really excellent. I can’t recommend Blair any higher. This is the second job they have done for us and they are definitely our only choice!!"
