""Excellent service from Under Pressure Plumbing. They were prompt, professional, and unclogged my drain in no time. Transparent, reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience!""

"I was very impressed with how quickly the technician identified the problem and restored operation of our water heater. We then discussed how to proceed given the age of the device. He explained several installation alternatives to my wife and I . We discussed the choices and selected one that satisfied our needs. As previously stated, the representative was able to restart the existing water heater so we have hot water now, but we chose to replace it due to its age. We then scheduled the replacement after choosing one of the alternatives. In summary, we were very satisfied with the service."

"Very professionally and timely. They are very knowledgeable about the treatment options and water quality in the area and will work with you to customize the best solution for your home. Very satisfied with the service."

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"He came and diagnose the issues. He gave options to replace or keep it for few more year after servicing the tank. But I decided to replace the tank. He was very punctual and professional."

"After testing our water, they told us that we don't need softener so that saved us money. The advised that we can remove the softener system from our water purification system which simplifies things. They also advised us on how often we should change the filter and UV bulb. They gave us a lot of valuable information since we just bought this house and we're new to all this."

"I highly recommend doing your own research and calling multiple companies before hiring ANYONE! I called 4 water treatment companies A-listed on Angie's List first and received many different recommendations. Aspen was the last I called. Steve was committed to helping resolve every issue to my satisfaction. One company I spoke with said that they could only make the water coming from the kitchen faucet fit to drink, not all faucets. Another company said there wasn't enough room for all the equipment he would have to install. None of the companies knew what to do to prevent the backwashed water when the system cleans itself from going into the septic. Another company said they could solve everything for a "special price " of $6000. Steve installed water a softener/filtration system that took out all of the extreme iron and manganese, as well as chromium and bacteria from the water. Aquamaven, the brand he sells, is made in Pennsylvania, is a family owned company and it has been is business for many years. Now I can drink clean, safe water from every tap in the house. The water is soft and clear and the smell is gone. I know because as an added precaution I had the water tested before and after by an independent lab, which I recommend everyone do. To remove the rotten egg smell, he also installed an iron/ sulfur neutralizer. He made everything fit in the limited closet space I have. His amazing installer ran the backwash out through the attic, into the gutter and onto the ground so it does not damage the septic. Steve is very pleasant to deal with, and fair in his pricing. He worked with me until every issue I had was resolved to my satisfaction. His installer, Tony, is top notch, does a very neat, clean plumbing job and knows his business. He has done thousands of installations. Also, I should mention that Steve will come back after the system has been installed to check the water and make sure everything is working to your satisfaction."

"From the first phone call with Jill Vagel, to the professional installation of our new kitchen faucet and repair or our bathroom sink pipe done by Chris Doyle- excellent service!"

"Thorough explanation of options and what would be done. Was here within days and went out of his way to install tankless water heater and whole house water filter and softener neatly and accessible. Excellent service and would highly recommend!!"

"Bob was very responsive and made sure that the system installed would filter out the minerals I wanted to keep out of the drinking water. Very satisfied with his work and the system he installed. I appreciated that he listened to my needs and did not try to upsell me as a lot of other installers had."
