"Tom Mackey, the general manager, came to do my estimate and was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the services I was interested in: blown in insulation of exterior walls and he suggested insulating the area between joists(?) of exterior walls in the basement. He answered all of my questions, did not rush or pressure me into services I didn?t want or need. He was upfront, trustworthy and I felt confident in choosing DANA Insulation for my needs. The staff who came to do the work were also very professional, timely and truthful when they realized that my home already had insulation in exterior walls. The basement insulation was completed and in that time a manager/ supervisor called me to explain the new total for the work actually done. Korrine was also very helpful in getting my rebate information processed in a timely manner. I highly recommend DANA Insulation for any energy/ cost saving work your home may need. "

"It went great!!! Don, recommended an innovative eave venting system that is put behind the gutter. The workmanship was first class. I watched the guys do the work. Flashing is key and they made sure the flashing went up the walls 6 to 8 inches. They paid extra attention to the weak points which are the corners . They used the GAF Liberty system Which doesn't require nails other than to attach the metal drip edges. All the nails were covered with roofing tar and the Liberty system went over the top. The first layers of the system was place over the roof edge and adhered to the side walls. The plastic siding was removed and reinstalled appropriately. They also did a great job on adding insulation.. The cleanup was perfect and they protected everything .with tarps and 4x8 wood sheets as appropriate."

"I first called them believing I had a failed main panel. Only half my house had power, outlets right next to each one would work and one wouldn't, whole rooms were out, some rooms were mixed. I called Rader who told me over the phone it was going to be an outside DTE issue and to call them first for free. I made an appointment with Rader just in case but he was right and DTE fixed the problem (fuse at the pole and bad underground wire). I kept the appointment with Rader though - there were electrical outlets in the garage that had never worked. The tech was prompt, well thought out in troubleshooting found that the switch was spliced wrong which killed all the power to the outlets. He rewired it right and now I have power to those outlets."

"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"We recently have two houses reroofed, everything was done in a very timely manner, roofing crew was very professional in every way. When Dan Roger’s and his partner, Joe, came to finish the interior trim on the skylights, he was dissatisfied with the initial installation and requested Paramont to allow him to remove them and have them reinstalled correctly. Dan and Joe did an outstanding job with this and we couldn`t be more pleased with the results. We would highly recommend Paramont to anyone."
