"Excellent experience from the start. The owner, Steve, took my initial call and took time to explain the entire process for cleaning the ducts. The day of the service, Jason and Lee called to let me know they were running early on their schedule and they were actually able to come to my house a little early.  They were professional and friendly. It was a rainy day, but they made sure not to track dirt or mud into the house and even wiped up the area around the door before they left. They took the time to explain all the process and made sure that everything was working properly before they left. The cost for the service was exactly as quoted. No hidden charges or surprises. The whole process took a couple of hours. Because Steve did such a good job explaining what was going to happen on the initial call, I felt totally prepared for the work.
