"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. "Scheduling was an issue due to rain so the work took place over a 3 week period.  Although the manager says they did apply sealant after the power-washing and replacement of some boards, the wood really doesn't appear to have been sealed. I do need to say that the individual who performed the power-washing was very professional and did an excellent job.  A different technician replaced the boards and supposedly applied the sealant."
