Based on the article above, Lance's professionalism, and Angie's reviews, the job was scheduled several weeks later to allow time for an electrician to do some work. <br /> Advantage called and emailed to remind us of our scheduled installation date and time. <br /> The work was performed in the morning of 1/5/2015. When the work was finished, I popped my head up the attic access and noted the fill was nice and level. <br /> Later in the afternoon I checked the length of the attic and noted the duct work was not covered with batts and was only covered with a very thin layer of blown insulation. I called Lance and he and the lead man on the job came two days later on the morning of 1/7/2015. <br /> Lance instructed the lead man how to make corrections, which he immediately did. I inspected the work and the job is very nicely done. The installer also showed me a video which showed the fiberglass batts in place before the loose fill was blown in on top. <br /> Sometimes a job will not go exactly right. The questions are: Will the company admit that something is wrong? and How long will it take them to fix it? Obviously, Advantage has answered these questions quite satisfactorily. <br />"

"Subsequent to a wind and rain storm we had a severe leak in our living room.  Silver City was on the list of recommended contractors provided by our insurance company.  After receiving an inspection and a quote to repair the section of the roof additional discussions with representatives from Silver City indicated that the roof (which was approaching 29 years old) should probably be replaced.  We agreed to the job and price and were quite happy with the results.  Numerous leaks and broken tiles were discovered and fixed or replaced.  Additionally, several sheets on roofing plywood had to be replaced. <br /> The work crews were punctual and cleaned up every day.  We enjoyed talking with the crew and gaining additional insight into potential troublesome areas to look for in the future. <br /> The manager, David, was courteous and knowledgable and offered good insight into our problems and went out of his way to ensure that we had prompt attention. <br /> The overall price was not the lowest estimate received, but with our insurance company's recommendation we decided to go with Silver City.  We were very satisfied with their work. <br />"

"I am purchasing a short sale home, and as seems to be the case, it has taken a considerable amount of time to get all the approvals.  I am applying for a USDA loan which requires a 45 day closing window and once the approvals were received, I was surprised by a 30 day window to close so getting the inspections and appraisal done quickly and accurately was paramount. <br /> <br /> My realtor recommended National Property Inspections out of Maricopa.  Our Inspector, Jeff Arrellano agreed to do the inspection with very short notice.  He requested that the power and water be turned the day prior to the inspection to allow any leaks or problems to surface before he began. <br /> <br /> We met with Jeff as agreed at the property the morning of May 1st.  When we arrived, Jeff had already completed the inspection, loaded the photographs he had taken into his laptop and was ready to go with the slideshow to point out the issues he had found.  Jeff took the time to explain every issue from small to not so small and provided us with information as to what the consequences would be if they were not addressed.  He prioritized the issues that needed to be addressed, and had the inspection report and photographs to my realtor by mid-afternoon. <br /> <br /> What I appreciated most about Jeff, is that he was not rushed, he took his time to explain the issues I didn't fully understand and gave us an opportunity to look at the problems first hand before leaving.  He obviously went to some length to get some of the photographs he did, especially in the crawl spaces looking for leaking water pipes and to ensure code compliance with electrical wiring, insulation and plumbing. <br /> <br /> Jeff also offered to conduct a thermal imaging reading (a little extra) to determine if there were any weather stripping or insulation problems.  Jeff measured heat signatures of all the windows and doors as well as the output of the air-conditioner and heater.  Small problems were found that likely will be resolved by a little cleaning around the window rails. <br /> <br /> I would absolutely call National Property Inspections again, and would ask for Jeff by name."
