"Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!"

He was cheerful, friendly, and eager to be friendly and accommodating. He came the next day to evaluate the problem and to provide a written and reasonable estimate. Upon tackling the job, Robert found it to be more ticklish than originally thought. He was absolutely correct. It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate. The finished job proved to be a safe and professional solution to a serious problem we hadn't even been aware of. Mr. Magliulo made certain that we knew we could call on him if there was any problem. "We couldn't finish the tub trim because the tub had to be re-glazed. Mo (the plumber extraordinaire) came back Sunday at 5:00 and installed the shower trim. He was always prompt, professional, and he made everything fit and work. Cross County was a tight run ship. You have Lisa at the home front making calls, responding to calls, and scheduling dates at my convenience and I would definitely recommend them. I think Mo is an excellent plumber, he is great and he makes the company. He is a great communicator and solves problems effectively."

"I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. Mikes was efficient, conscientious and professional and they completed the job on time and for a reasonable cost. I recommend them for AC repair as well as installation of new units. When I'm able to replace my system, I'll be calling Mikes Air Conditioning to do the job. Building relationships and getting repeat business should be the goal of any business. I'm glad to see that Mike's takes customer service seriously.

"The experience was excellent. I would recommend Schultz bros. to anyone looking to have work done. He arrived on time for both the appointments - estimate and service. We went through the job to discuss what I need to have done and how that could be achieved with to my satisfaction. On the installation day, we re-confirmed the plan and he went to work. As the problem arose, which they always do when doing old work(replacing or installing in older homes) we discussed what to do and how to solve the problem. In the kitchen, we had to install a second GFCI in a double box to get the proper amount of room for wires. The rest of kitchen installation went as planed. For the bathroom GFCI, he had to pull wires to attic, run them over to the bathroom and drop them down the wall. The bathroom installation was pretty straight forward, but was time consuming. After completing the work he checked circuits and finished cleaning up, he also clean up as he work to keep the mess to a minimum. He finished on time and was within quoted price. I was very happy with the quality of the work and his professionalism.
