He also gave me tips on how to better seal the attic entry door and above my AC unit. Easy fixes that would save me money if I can do it myself. He was able to get me on his schedule quickly, showed up on time and cleaned up after himself, even took some rolled insulation I had here and put it all around the attic entry.
