"I had Retrofoam insulate my 1870s vintage home back around 2014.and was thrilled with the energy savings and the feel in the house- let alone the street noise reduction. I didn't realize that having the floor joist done under my main floor in my Michigan basement that I was a) losing so much heat b) having so many critters able to get into the house, and c) still had a lot of street noise in the house. "Called upon Dust Busters to clean the air ducts in my house prior to the installation of a new HVAC system.  Also asked that they clean my dryer vent which, unfortunately they couldn't clean due to an issue with the vent.  Because of this they removed that charge from my invoice.  Their employees were extremely professional and courteous and did a great job."

"It was a very windy day and I was worried about the removal of my aluminum siding.  But it went great and you can't tell at all where they had removed it.  All the insulation was done quickly and with little mess.  The blown insulation also had critter and insect deterrents included.  The crawl space was the best.  They cleaned out all the old insulation was was damp and giving off alot of odor.  I had bought some foam pipe wraps from Home Depot.  I have water pipes (cold and hot) running through this crawl space to a small bathroom.  We did have some frozen water pipes during this winter.  They wrapped all the pipes before they applied the spray foam.  They also got rid of all the cobwebs.  The entry door was a piece of old insulation board that was just resting at the opening.  They created a new entry out of 3 inch foam board with a door they cut out that the edges slanted in to make a great seal.  They also sprayed foam on the back of this entry way and back of the door.  Great job!!!  They also dtd a great job of cleaning up. <br />"

"The work was done almost 2 years ago and is holding up without any issues. It was done in the timeframe promised, done professionally and the finishing was excellent. I had flooring installed and developed an issue due to the installation. Both the owner and site leader recently came out and inspected the system to ensure there was no issue with the drain (there wasn't). This type of customer service is rare these days. I am very happy I had the system installed and appreciate the professionalism I have encountered with this company from the estimate, work, finishing and follow-up. Thank you!!"

"Their estimator was very knowledgeable about foundation problems. He was thorough in his investigation for the estimate, and explained everything in an understandable way. He came back again to talk to my father, who was footing the bill. <br /> My problem was that the house was sinking in the area of the basement fireplace, and the first-floor fireplace sat directly on top of it. There was about a 2" crack on the stairwell wall which backed up against the basement fireplace. The basement floor along an exterior wall had cracked and separated for about 25 feet by 6 feet. On the first floor, walls and door frames had shifted out of square. Before the repair work could be started, I had to remove about 7 steps in the stairwell behind the fireplace, the stairway landing, and the hearth, which was about 18" high and 7' long, so they could get to the concrete underneath. (This was not part of their estimate.) <br /> The men arrived on time with everything needed to do the job. They started work immediately, and worked hard. I had not imagined the intense labor involved in digging up the foundation, and removing the concrete. When the supervisor started installing the piers, he discovered that 25 feet was not deep enough to secure the piers, and the piers went down to 46 feet. This was just the nature of the earth beneath my house. So I signed a change order for the additional labor and materials. By the time they were finished, everything was exactly level. I was very happy with the work. The job lasted about 2-1/2 days, and each day they cleaned up, and put away their tools. <br /> Not part of the contract was rebuilding the stairway, and plaster repair. I was fine with this, and hired a local carpenter. <br /> I would definately hire Basement Cracks and Leaks to do foundation repair or waterproofing. <br />"
