"Very professional service and fair price. The technician Alex is a very nice and professional person, he explained everything to me and also complied with the safety and sanitize measures to work at my place."

"The remediation and technicians were excellent! They explained what they were going to do, covered and taped damaged location including vents, etc. Removal of the damaged areas and replaced with mold resistant drywall. I am very pleased and my health has stabilized some because of their great work."

"I am in the commercial construction business, found this vendor through Angie's List... Recently my in-laws' had their entire basement flooded, yes, 9' HIGH OF STORM WATER filled to the ceiling, completely ruined a finished basement, HVAC, electrical panel, etc. Armor Restoration gave us a competitive price, and both Norman and Bob were very responsive to our requests, very service-oriented. Armor was prepared to mobilize and git-r-done. They brought out two crews to hand-fill (two!) 30-cubic-yard dumpsters full of ruined stuff and materials. They helped us sort through salvageable personal items, and gave us great advice on just about everything we had questions about. Before they started, the basement was beyond awful smelling (some sewage waste got in too) and making the rest of the house smell too. In two days of working, removal was done, basement was stripped to bare concrete, cleaned, treated with anti-microbial spray, and smelled very clean. Incredible. The workers were all very professional, courteous and took great care to protect the pathway in-out of the basement, which was through the front door. If I had my house flooded, or smoke-damaged, I would hire Armor Restoration in a hot minute. Can't say enough good things about them. Thanks again for being awesome."

"We run a small community theater. Our lobby, box office, bathrooms and part of our conference room were flooded during a recent plumbing break. Because we had rented our facility to a community function, we were under a tight schedule to remove the mold before the rental date. Flood & Fire Response came in on very short notice and did a great job removing all damaged materials, mitigating the mold and rebuilding all water damaged walls and ceiling tiles within 2 weeks. I was particularly impressed with how they cleaned up every day, so all construction areas was usable. Also, they matched the newly painted walls with our existing colors so well, I can’t tell where they patched the walls. I heartily recommend Flood & Fire Response for any mold remediation job you have."

"They suggested that our contractor remove additional part of drywall and floor boards but determined that PuroClean's services were not required for remediation.

"911 Restoration was a joy to work with.
I had a leak in my kitchen due to a roof problem. 911 came over within a couple days of me calling. They were very professional and quick to assess the damage and determine a solution. I was given a quote the next day, which was very reasonable. For 2000.00, they patched and tarred the roof, they broke down and replaced drywall. They also offered to paint the other kitchen walls to ensure they were all the same color. I was elated to know my kitchen would look much better after the water damage. The team showed up on time and completed the work diligently. The work was done in one weekend. The water damage was gone and my kitchen looked so much better than I had envisioned. I am so grateful I found 911.
5 months later, there is no more water leaking in my kitchen. The roof repair was a success.
I will definitely be using 911 Restoration in the future for other repairs and upgrades.
