"We had a very disappointing experience with K&W Windows. Be aware of their high pressure sales tactics. During the in home consultation we were promised a large discount only if we put down a deposit on the spot. We regret falling for it. Our entry door was installed in December and the moment it arrived we flagged that it was not the door we ordered. The photos showed a plugless frame, but the door delivered had multiple visible plugs, making a $9K door look like a jail door. Three months later we are still waiting for a replacement. We were told the salesperson sold a product that ?does not exist,? yet the company has not taken responsibility. Appointments were scheduled and missed, and the proposed solution was for us to pay for another door. I also cannot recommend ProVia, whose catalog images appear misleading and whose dealers seem poorly trained. Very disappointing experience."
