They were unwilling to provide any detail for the price. I ended up buy the part myself for $30 and replaced it in 30 minutes."

He was upfront about prices and told me if the fix wasn’t as easy as it looked he would have to charge more but he would let me know before he did that. He even found a separate issue and told me the tank above my water heater was rusting from the inside out and needed to be fixed. Would definitely hire again "
