"Richard and his company All Pro Pools and Pavers did a phenomenal job on our condo pool renovations. I am the President of our Condo Association and he saved the day. The first licensed contractor we hired did work that did not meet code, was poor quality and incomplete, and then ignored our calls and emails until we ultimately fired them from the job. Richard was hired and proceeded to re-do the shoddy work and improve the quality and appearance of our pool 100%. The new modern pool coping, tile work, and diamond brite resurfacing look amazing. He is a true professional, which means I got daily updates on the status of the work, early notification of any problems he ran into along with suggested solutions, and fair pricing. He kept on schedule and within budget with no surprise “extras”. He is aware of current building codes and often stressed the safety of the pool users in his discussions with me. I highly recommend him for pool and paver work. (If this review sounds like I am gushing it is because I am. Many South Florida contractors, even licensed ones, are notoriously bad. Richard is the exception!)"

After a full year of much frustration experienced by both us and Jim trying to get approval we finally received a permit from the city. It was definitely worth the wait. "it went well.  Dan and his assistant arrived on time.  he had to leave and get the supplies he needed after he saw the job that needed to be done.  they both did a good job and was worth the money.  my only comment would be he seemed a little annoyed when he had to go back to Home Depot again for more supplies, which was certainly not my fault, and seemed to not want to paint, which was part of the job I hired them for.  all in all, a good experience and would use them again.
