The job took about two days, which was anticipated. <br /> They were very accommodating to the furnishings and clutter that they had to work around to reach the exterior walls. They worked as neatly as possible. To minimize dust and debris, they held a vacuum nozzle by the drill wherever they made holes. <br /> The only wall I think they didn't do as well as others was in the main floor bathroom where the exterior wall is tiled up to about four feet in height. The choice there was to risk damaging tiles by removing or drilling through them or forgo insulating in that small area. They did insulate that wall through holes drilled above the tiles, but, in non-tiled walls, two holes - an upper and a lower hole - were drilled for more complete coverage, as mentioned earlier. <br /> In all, I am satisfied with the workmanship and the patience Tony and his crew demonstrated, answering all my questions before and during the process. <br />"

"I have nothing but good things to say about Colin and the team. They are professional, brought in an army to stay on track with timelines, and left the place looking better than it was before they started. They re-painted and finished the job better than expected. We could hear a pin drop upstairs before they came and it's now 80% better. We can hear them occasionally walking on the hard floor but no music, or anything else. We could hear their dog running up the hall, and no longer. The one thing to be aware of is that it's a full scale renovation that results in a lot of dust. It takes time to get every surface clean again but that's the only difficulty. They even fixed exposed cable wires in the ceiling and did additional aesthetic things that was not in the contract because "it made sense while the ceiling was open". We are the 4th in our building to use them and they continue getting business from our neighbors. They come highly recommended."

The Econotherm Staff showed up on time, applied all the insulation and waited for the after insulation audit in case <br /> <br />any leaks were found. "From estimate to job completion, it was a wonderful experience. I felt that Joe was thorough and professional in his estimate and took the time to explain what was and wasn't going on in my attic and the service that his company could provide. They were a tiny more expensive than their competitors (I always get multiple estimates) but I felt I would get a trustworthy service from Atticrawl because I felt comfortable with what Joe was explaining. Francisco and his four-man crew arrived super early (6:45 am although they waited until 7:05 am to ring the bell) and wasted no time prepping my house from the door to the attic (in the master closet) with plastic and tarps. They weren’t able to get the screen out of my window so they were forced to haul all the bags of old insulation down the steps and out the front door. They were very efficient with their time with Francisco sharing photos with me once all the baffles were in and the space was emptied out and cleaned. They then added the new insulation, removed all the plastic and tarps and vacuumed my house wherever they had tramped. They didn’t leave a scrap of debris or anything behind inside or outside my house. Great job! They were done and gone by 12:30 pm. I would like to thank Joe, Francisco and his team for a job well done!"

"What I didn't realize was that the Triple Play was not really anything more than the technician turning on the system to make sure it was working. I was a bit annoyed to hear that when the technician, Gary, explained that to me. I'm particularly sensitive and put-off by offers that aren't as good as what they seem, HOWEVER, when I expressed that dismay to Gary - without any annoyance or disappointment when I told him I didn't need that because I was capable of turning the system and feeling if cold air was blowing out of the vents - without a sales-y tone or agenda, suggested I consider the regular maintenance, which included a thorough check of all components, comprehensive cleaning, filter changes, etc. He clearly explained exactly what he was going to do, answered about 15 follow up questions I gave the green light. I proceeded to follow him around, asking more questions, having him show me how the system worked and explaining things I was not aware of even as the homeowner. He was patient and took the time to show me some basic things that I could do in the future to keep the system in good shape without necessarily needing maintenance (like changing the filters). He told me the system was working great, which surprised me because I assume he would tell me something was wrong so he could sell me something. I was particularly shocked when he told me the system didn't need any coolant; I've heard ALL these HVAC companies ALWAYS tell homeowners they need coolant. Anyway, it took him about 2 hours and I stalked him most of the time and he was very thorough. I am satisfied and will plan to use Innovative Air in the Fall when it's time to have the furnace and hot water heater checked. Guys on the phone were nice, service seemed honest and complete."
