"I RECENTLY HAD MY ATTIC INSULATION REPLACED BY MASTER ATTIC. ALEX CAME OUT RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE. ( I DID HAVE 4 OTHER ESTIMATES) THE CREW LEAD BY ROBERTO WAS AMAZING. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE, CAREFUL IN MAKING SURE THE AREA WAS SEALED OFF AND WERE VERY CAREFUL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING OLD INSULATION , VACUUMING OUT THE ATTIC ,SPRAYED AREA AND SEALED ANY OPENINGS. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW INSULATION, THEY ASKED ME IF I WISHED TO TO VIEW THE ATTIC AND I DID. I WAS AMAZED EVEN AT THIS POINT, HOW CLEANED EVERYTHING LOOKED . (THIS INSULATION HAD BEEN UP THERE FOR 70 YEARS) NEW INSULATION WAS INSTALLED AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE CREWED CLEANED UP EVERYTHING , EVEN VACUUMED THE AREA IN THE ROOM. ALL BAGS OF OLD INSULATION WERE REMOVED PROMPTLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE."

"The guy who came out was great. I was expecting to need to spend a lot on adding insulation to the walls and attic. The guy went around with a thermal camera and checked various spaces and recommended some stuff that I could do myself or hire an inexpensive contractor to do. Very happy that I didn't need to spend thousands of dollars!"

Craig and his team at NP Energy were timely, professional, and very thorough. I had three contractors in to provide quotes. It was clear that Craig was very knowledgeable and was more concerned about finding the best solution. He provided a very detailed competitive quote that outlined all of the work that he was going to do. On installation day, Craig and his team arrived on time and got right to work. Throughout the process, he would call me in to show and explain what they completed and ask whether I had concerns. During installation, Craig found/fixed a couple items at no charge that were missed during the estimate walkthrough. At the end of the day, they cleaned up to the point where you would never know they were there. This was definitely one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had."

"Called the office and spoke with Duane. He was very professional and honest, and informed us that installing an attic fan when we already have a roof ridge vent is not recommended. We actually already had the electricians here to do their part but ended up cancelling the whole project and will instead be cleaning the soffits. Based off of this interaction, if/when we are in need of some roof work, I will definitely be calling this company."
