"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."

Their price was more than fair and lower than the other two quotes we received. The workers were professional and courteous and respectful of my space. I work from home, and they were very respectful when I would have calls. The end result was beautiful. They made the ceilings all flush where the load bearing walls were - something neither of the other two places offered or even seemed to know how to do. They even came back after we painted and installed all of my new light fixtures for me. And, Nick stopped by later to see the house completed. "bad start. they gave a discount for being flexible with when they would get it done last fall. they did not get it done last fall so we just finished the project this spring. bad planning on their part, wife not happy about that. 

the work was high quality. they put new weather stripping on the doors that they painted. the owners were responsive by calling but it did not get things done any sooner 

Their office coordinator, Rosemary is terrific. she put up with our whining and was still pleasant,. no small task
