"A little high priced for a toilet repair. The stopper was not fitting on the seal when you flushed causing it to run constantly. $395 was a pretty high in my opinion for a $20 toilet kit. We should have done that ourselves. Water Heater did have problems and we were happy to get a new one and have installed. There again, paid a high price for water heater."

"The agent was very thourough and detailed per the tasked requested of him. Valided the system of leak's and to repair faulty sprinkler heads. At a rate of $130.00 an hr, I felt that was a bit lofty. I served in the past 23 yrs as military and presently as a police officer of 12 yrs where my life is in danger daily and my pay per hour can't compare to this hourly pay rate. Where is the justification. No fault to the agent that came out. He was perfection professionally and in his humanity. Five stars to that young man. Job well done."
