"A little high priced for a toilet repair. The stopper was not fitting on the seal when you flushed causing it to run constantly. $395 was a pretty high in my opinion for a $20 toilet kit. We should have done that ourselves. Water Heater did have problems and we were happy to get a new one and have installed. There again, paid a high price for water heater."

"Mark with Tioga Plumbing and Electric came to our rescue last evening. Mark was polite, compassionate and very respectful of the mess with our kitchen drain clog. He assessed the problem and told us along with the price upfront what he would need to do to fix our drain. We gave him the go ahead and within an hour and a half he was done and totally cleaned up after his equipment. He thoroughly explained every step of the way to my husband. Mark restored our belief that there are good, respectable and Class A service people out there. I am quite satisfied with both the water softener and the reverse osmosis systems they installed to replace the failed ones already in place. My only complaint is that the original failed water softener was not removed as had been requested in the work order. It remains an eyesore outside of my garage door and as I am handicapped and live alone, I cannot dispose of it myself."
