We had to watch them constantly to make sure they were doing what we contracted them for, and constantly had to point out things they missed or did poorly. There was essentially no oversight provided by our Monarch representative. When they told us they would do something, there was a 50% chance of them actually doing it. In fact, they deceptively told us they did things they hadn't actually done. The job looks bad, and the work quality is poor. When a Monarch rep different than the one we were working with came by, he remarked that it wasn't quality work and needed to be addressed. Our rep said he'd come by to assess things himself and then never did. Ultimately, they won. They wore us down and we got sick of dealing with them. We gave up. I wouldn't recommend using them. I'd look for other options."
