When replacing the faucet they made us aware of a rusted part of the piping connecting to the dishwasher and recommended we replace it to avoid a flood. "Had a high velocity a/c issue and getting run around by orignal installer who I will blast for unprofessionaliism if he ever is listed here. Frustrated, called CC based off Angies reviews. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."

"Rich told me he would come right over and temporarily fix the Water Heater. He arrived promptly and assessed the situation while explaining the options and advantages to each. In the end, he did a temporary hook up to a sub panel which will keep us in hot water until the service upgrade is complete. I was happy to pay Rich for his excellent service. Thank you, Rich! I signed the contract for the other work today and tried to give him a second check for half of the work but he told me not to pay him until the other work has been completed."
