When I was email the sales man Scott, he was agree that he would do Duct pressure test to verify the unit is able to move sufficient air through the duct. But when the technician finished the work, and after I paid them with the credit card, he said the company did not ask him to test the system. I called Scott the next day, Scott said, the company had no tool. I realized that they took my money, they would not perform the test any more. They took full price, but they would never test the system as we discussed in the email. I would say never hire this company any more."
