Rob and his crew were great. They did everything a professional is supposed to do. They were pleasant to work with and they seemed to care about doing a good job.

They showed up on time, worked hard, did the job correctly and cleaned up after themselves before they left.

The drain repair was a nasty job. The old cast iron pipe broke right in the middle of the basement wall. They had to break through a concrete patio outside and dig approximately 4 feet down to get to the ancient cast iron drain pipe. They cut and removed the old pipe and replaced it with new PVC, including a cleanout. They also ran into issue inside the basement and had to replace more of the cast iron pipe than planned. No whining, no complaining they just did the job. Many tradesmen these days don't have much patience with old houses and their idiosyncrasies.

They did a great job and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

"I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. Mikes was efficient, conscientious and professional and they completed the job on time and for a reasonable cost. I recommend them for AC repair as well as installation of new units. When I'm able to replace my system, I'll be calling Mikes Air Conditioning to do the job. Building relationships and getting repeat business should be the goal of any business. I'm glad to see that Mike's takes customer service seriously.

"John was very professional.  He was very good at listening to what  I wanted and discuss various options.  I called him on Monday evening and he had everything ready to install on Friday morning.  He also noticed that wires that connect to the circuit breakers were lose.  So he could have just secured those wires but did the extra work to check all the wires, and made the discovery that many of the wires were very lose.  Some just pulled right out.  Very concerning to say the least.  Good catch John!  I had this issue before and there was arcing and almost had a fire in the panel.  his price was reasonable.  The parts alone are about $600 and he was here for about 4 hours.  I plan on having more work done and installing whole house surge protector.

"One call Electric works on a flat rate basis so the technician quoted me the price before starting the job. Once I accepted the price, he worked very efficiently and installed the timer and programmed the timer for me. The GFI was also installed efficiently. The technician explained every step he was taking and showed me why certain steps were necessary. The techician was very courteous.

We got the optional service contract and the OnCue online monitoring feature. When they came for the final install and to activate the OnCue system, I requested that they run an Ethernet cable (rather than use a wireless bridge) connection from the system to our router. At the same time I also wanted an additional Ethernet cable run from the garage Ethernet switch to the Family Room. They performed this additional wiring for a very reasonable price. I appreciated the extra effort. Vincent and his team are of top quality, and I would use them for any electrical installation needs we may have in the future."
