"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

jeff is a really good heart man he look around the outside and inside my basement and after he finish he told me that my main problem was the outside and he explain me what it need it to be done in the inside and outside the basement. He explain me that at this point I don't need his services because I didn't have a big problem that my main problem that was causing my basement get wet was because when it rains  my gutters were pouring all the water too close to my house and also I need to put some red clay dirt  against the wall and slope away to keep the water away from my house and trench the water away from it. he also recommended to buy  a humidifier to keep the moisture away. I know there are a lot of companies that are all about money but trust me the AAA basement waterproofing will tell you the truth about what it needs to be done even if they don't profit from it like in my case and they care about the people and not about how much they can get out of you. I DEFINILLY WILL 100 % RECOMEND JEFF AND HIS COMPANY AAA BASEMENT WATERPROOFING.

"When we had our oil changed at Jiffy Lube back in July, the technicians there brought a problem with the rear differential to our attention.  We took the car to Sal at Meineke, who repaired it within a day at the price mentioned above.  
However, this isn't the main reason for putting him on Angie's List today.  What I'm really impressed with is what happened in September 2012.  We noticed a funny sound in the engine and took the 2007 jeep to Sal at Meineke.  He thought it was a problem with the transfer case and knew this would be very expensive to replace  (around $2500).  Sal told us that he wasn't absolutely certain that he was diagnosing the problem correctly.  With our permission, he offered to drive our car to another nearby business that specialized in transmission problems.  He said that he trusted the people at this business and would like to get another opinion before he made this costly repair.  We agreed, and the other business was able to repair our car for about $1100.  We were very grateful to Sal for his honesty and willingness to go out of his way to spare us such a costly repair.  Even though he didn't get the job, Sal saw to it that we were given honest and capable service.
Sal is reliable, conscientious, and trustworthy , and I want others to know about him!

"After getting a quote from Shawn he started work about six weeks later as agreed. He turned up on time and started the job with his team of workers. As the job progressed I made several inspection of the work that was performed and overall I was very happy our house is quite old and I was glad to see that the old plumbing valves had been replaced during the remodel I am sure this will be a big help going forward. He also re routed the plumbing as I requested which I was very happy to see. 
Our remodel included a lot of tile work that was done by Chad we were very happy with his manner and level of work. The remodel took just less than a month which was bot longer than expected however Shawn stuck to his original quote and its a pleasure
to use the new bathroom. We have been using it for a couple of months now and I have not noticed any issues or had to call him back. I would definitely be touch for our next remodeling job.

"Mr. Coffee is a hero who risks his health daily to help mitigate dangerous radon problems for strangers who call for help. This is a dangerous job with daily high radon exposure and when I asked, he said he is aware of the risks but gets his health scanned multiple times a year. I called Covenant Air back in December after noticing that my Safety Siren Pro radon detector kept reaching alarm. Mr. Coffee came out and assessed that I could probably fix the problem myself by sealing some obvious cracks, especially around some pipes, and recommended the products so that I can do it cheap DIY. He was obviously not pushy to scare people into signing contracts, but actually tried to dissuade me from hiring him right off on installing sub slab depressurization. Although the DYI route he recommended would've been cheaper, I hired him to performs the job. The sealing did bring the radon level down where my detector's alarm didn't go off, but I wanted to lower it as much as possible. He then recommended a passive ventilation route given my reading. The passive ventilation again slashed the radon level in half, but I wanted the radon level down even further, so I ultimately opted to install the fan after weeks of data collection and analysis. He installed the fan so that I could easily turn it off to save energy based on seasonal variations. He is a very personable and methodical person, and prefers to monitor the progress of his work so that his customers don't hastily incur unnecessary cost. You almost never see someone like that in the service industry, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
