"This was an exceptional experience. Dennis, the owner, was on time for the estimate and returned each text message promptly. He explained each option available. Dennis wrote the estimate listing each service he would provide. We scheduled the service, and he and his employee were on time. Dennis provided me with added information about the condition of my attic, which he said was good considering it is a 30 year condo. The insulation was the original. I had seen the attic, it looked sad. It took about 1 hour. I ,then, went into a attic, to check it out...WOW, about 13 inches or more of pink insulation R38. I have noticed a difference in my electric bill, $94 this month. Can't wait for the summer! Dennis takes great pride in his work. I would hire Florida Attic Insulation Pros again!"

"The installation was done professionally from start to finish. The sales approach was light with no pressure and the installation personnel showed up on time, did a quality job and cleaned up when they left. Really Great Job! On another note, I have to share a story from a Father's perspective that could have been a bad one. One of my sons was sitting at the kitchen table on a raised chair leaning back. Well, the feet went out from under him and he fell backwards into the kitchen window. My wife was at the store and got a frantic call from home stating that my son had put his head through the window. My wife rushed home to find that my son was not hurt at all. The window film had absorbed all of the impact. So much so that there was a head impression in the glass on the inside and the glass had blown 15 feet into the pool area on the outside. WOW, it was totally unreal to see and think about what could have happened. This was a nice side benefit of the film, I am a true believer."

"Rodney and Terry arrived on time 8:30AM.  Rodney answered questions/concerns I had about insulation.  They proceeded getting the job done.  I was having this done as my garage gets very hot in the summer, no ventilation in attic.  Rodney recommended a solar fan on roof.  Will have this done is the spring time.  I got recommedations and quotes from several other companies.  They were recommending other types of insulation that cost a lot more.  Was very happy with price and service I  got with Reichel Insulaltion. <br />"

"Installer, Tim, showed up exactly on time. Very personable and informative. Installation was completed in a little more than 2 hours. He spread out sheets on the floor of our home to catch the small of debris which fell through the hole in the ceiling. After the job was finished and he had removed his ladder, tools and debris, all I had to do was run the vacuum cleaner over the area to pick up a small amount of sheetrock dust. Nothing big. I was very relieved that there wasn't a big mess. It was a very painless process and the results are spectacular! What a difference it made in our living room and dining room."

"It went better than I could have hoped. After the storms, I had called OUC last night to report almost-down power lines and the broken weather head. They came out much sooner than I expected and said the news wasn't good, but that I could wait until the next morning to call an electrician. OUC's first indications were that i might be out of power a day or two. This morning I researched electricians through Angie's List. I typically prefer working with small businesses, but since I needed immediate help, I called Ferran since they are much larger, and since they had an A rating with Angie's List. I'm SO glad I did. Their office staff, particularly Dottie, was very attentive and detailed. They sent Jason to do the job, and he was terrific to work with. The total project took almost four hours, due to some waiting time for OUC electrician who had to disconnect my power from the down weather head. But Jason and the OUC electrician worked exceptionally well together, and I was so grateful for that. What might have been perhaps a couple days without power ended up only being a few hours without power. I am sold on Ferran's client service and electrical expertise. I will definitely call again, and specifically will ask for Jason. Thanks everyone!!"
