"Absolutely amazing service! The whole transaction was handled professionally & diligently. Service techs were fantastic & professional. I highly recommend Maynor for all your heat & air services."

"Very professional. Came and assessed the issue. Ordered a part. Told me I didn’t have to pay until the job was done. Just for the visit. I told him I’d pay in whole so my son could oversee the repair. I received a call confirming and within 2 days it was repaired!"

"Have used this HVAC company at a previous property and was pleased with their work/service so we went with them again for a heat pump issue at our new property. Was more than pleased with the service. The tech Preston Honeycutt was thoroughly knowledgeable in his trade and was able to troubleshoot our issue and got our unit running normally all while explaining as he went along. The people at this company from the technicians to the people in the office like Katie and all those who’s name not mentioned are good people and made this another great experience."

"We can't say enough good things about Gand M. The amazing thing is that a tenant found them for us on a super hot summer day when a solenoid went out and the people we called couldn't see us for a day or two; Gand M was able to show up that day. They also fixed the problem for a reasonable price.
Since then, they've consistently shown top-quality service and support. Some examples of unusual situations:
- A system in a condo where the electric bill was nearly $200 in a mild spring month. After several hours of diagnosis, the technician discovered a wire short that was causing both the heating and cooling to turn on simultaneously. The charge for this was minimal as it turned out there was no actual part to replace. Although I don't recall the actual charge, I do recall feeling they were more than fair.
- A zone board in a multi-zone, single unit system failed. They diagnosed the problem and jerry-rigged a solution that kept the unit heating the house, only on one thermostat instead of two. A reasonable solution until the zone board (which has been discontinued) can be replaced. Not a cheap repair at $279 but not outrageous either; it did take several hours. The unit is still working 3 months later.
- An emergency call in a townhouse on a 98-degree day with a toddler in the family on a Friday past 6 pm. As it turned out (partially luck, I'm sure), a technician was in the area and it was fixed - not just diagnosed but FIXED - within 2 hours. I had cautioned that a repair probably wouldn't be possible until Monday...but Gand M really came through.
i've recommended them to several people and I know at least one continues to use them for semi-annual maintenance.

"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"Price was ridiculous for work that was actually done - I will take the heat on this one as we did not do the initial request correctly. We should have gotten a better quote but we did not really know what was actually needed"

"I had been told by a repairman from a company I had a service contract with that my furnace badly needed a cleaning and was quoted a price of $600 for the job as well as an additional $400 to remove a nonworking humidifier. These quotes seemed exorbitant and so I got some estimates, all much lower, and chose Dominion on the basis of reviews. Terrone said my furnace did not need a cleaning, passing up an opportunity to charge me for something I thought I needed, and repaired my humidifier for less than the cost the other company had quoted for merely removing it. He showed me what he was doing, explained how my heating system worked, and charged me a fair price for the job. I would certainly call Dominion again for any HVAC needs."

"Slow to respond but repair man did a professional super job at over half the price of others contacted. Satisfied and gas logs working great"

"Service Rep/Brian was able to get to me on a Sunday morning. Greatly appreciated this. He diagnosed an issue with Hot Water Heater Expansion Tank leak very quickly. He replaced it in a few minutes. Thoroughly appreciated his recommendations and repair work."

"I had an emergency heat repair and Arturo was there to fix same day. He documented all work by sending me pictures via text as this was a rental house and I was not present. He is very knowledgeable, prompt, polite and good prices."
