"I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

"I highly recommend you go with Horne for all your HVAC and hot water heater needs. (Now the details) The great people at Horne replaced most of the duct work in my 60 year old home (2500 sq. ft.) and replaced a 20+ year old gas furnace and AC unit. They also replaced a 20 year old hot water heater with a high-end tankless water heater, even mounting it to a concrete wall. This was a big project and the team at Horne was fantastic through the entire process. Marlon who quoted the job was very knowledgeable about my options and pricing, and was available afterwards to answer all our questions before we decided on Horne. All the technicians were very detailed oriented, highly skilled, and a pleasure to have around my house. Jason was the site manager and his expert knowledge was critical given the complexity of replacing duct work in a 60 year old home, as well as, custom installing a high capacity tankless water heater. Big shout out to Nicholas, Jamal, and Jose who were in our house day in and day out. They were fantastic! Given the complexity and work needed, Richard and Brant also stopped by to lend a hand and provide their own special skills to the job. All of them were knowledge, hard-working, and very friendly. "The owner Mike made the call. Very professional and knowledgable. This house is new to us and we were quite sure the units had never had any maintenance done on air conditioners. The house was built in 2001. When the upstairs unit stopped cooling we called Accu-Rite. Got the name from our neighbor who had used them and was very pleased. We would use them again especially when we replace units. Would highly recommend. The company doesn't advertise much as the owner wants to build his reputation on quality work for his customers and word of mouth business. He took the time to answer all our questions and never ever tried to sell us more than was necessary or appropriate.

"The day they showed up it was down pouring but they set up a tent in my driveway and went to it. All the workers and there were many from installers, electricians to helpers. I would have given them an "A" but when I was given the estimate by the sales associate Randy I indicated I have a Humidifier on the furnace and want to have that reinstalled on the new furnace. Randy said okay. I him include that in the estimate. On the day of installation I was looking at all the old parts taken out and I seen my humidifier in the scrap box. I asked the workers why is there they explained it was old parts. Then I asked the lead installer about it and explained that it was to be reinstalled he said he would call Randy. latter the installer told me Randy said that there was no humidifier to be reinstalled. I told the installer to tell Randy I have it in writing that it would be reinstalled. Randy then said it would be reinstalled. The installers pulled it out of the scraps but I watched and said that it was damaged, they tried to fix it but I said no it was to damaged. In the end they replaced the damaged part and reinstalled the humidifier. I am still not so sure it is still working but what can I do now. Except for the sales associate all the workers were very professional and pleasant."

"I cannot say enough good things about them. They are the only ones authorized in this area to put an aresol inside the air vents. It seals little air  leaks in your vents. It also gives protection against future mold, that kind of thing. Signature Exteriors referred me to them. They did their job exactly the way they were supposed to. They were aware. I have dogs and they were aware, don't just open the front door, the dog might get out. They were here long enough that I couldn't just lock the dogs out. You've got these big fans and blowers and all that. They took such care with my house. It's big major equipment that can only be so dainty with it. They did their best.
We still have one more piece to do. The first thing they do is they clean all of your vents. That is included in the price to putting the aresol treatment in. The aresol treatment, there's a computer to tell it what it's doing and when it's done. Getting it set up is the biggest part of the job. It takes about 2 hours to clean up all the vents and that kind of thing. The computer comes on and says, yes you have things in good shape or no you still have a gap somewhere. Well, they came last week and on the downstairs the computer kept saying you've got a gap and the man the came up to me and said, Ma'am it says that you have a 27 square inch hole somewhere in all your venting. I said, oh my gosh, let me just pay you. You spent half a day and you didn't get to do your job but that's on me not on you and he said, no, ma'am, we're going to find the hole. Well, again, all this is closed up. They start taking out the vents, using their flashlights and using their cell phones to photograph all throughout the venting of the downstairs of my house until they find a phantom vent. When the house was built 31 years ago, they closed off where a vent was supposed to go. I have been heating and cooling the gap where the downstairs ceiling and the upstairs floor, I don't know how many square feet that is, we've been heating and cooling this for 30 years. So, they said, here, let us email you the photos and let us talk to our boss. We know that we don't do this kind of thing but somebody needs to take care of this. I said that I wanted to pay them and he said there is no way we are going to charge you to get nothing done. He said, you let you know when the vent is replaced and I'll send the guys out and they'll finish the job they came to do."

"Our AC unit stop working on Sunday night. We called our homeowner warranty company and opened a claim. American Heating and Cooling company call us on Monday morning around 10 to tell us they can get someone to our house between 2 to 4pm on the same day. The technician called us at 11am to let us know that he can actually get here within twenty minutes if it is convenient for us. It was 80? in the house and we have a newborn. We told him to come add son as h he can. Surely the technician showed up in twenty minutes. Turn up the motor for the fan in the AC unit was burnt. He quickly repaired and installed a brand new motor within twenty minutes. And we got our AC back on. Overall was quick and easy process. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable."
