"Jason Payseur, this review is specifically for him. We had some issues with our fairly new heating unit. It looked like a puzzle that could not be solved. For some of us people that have been around , we know an old school knowledgeable mechanic when we see one . I will tell you that when Jason shows up at your door? know this, that is exactly what you are getting. Jason is polite, friendly, communicative and most of all, knowledgeable in solving riddles. Horne HVAC should be extremely thankful and grateful that they have Jason to represent and be the face of their company. He is the person that goes out and makes it happen. If I were the owner, I would give Jason a couple of days off paid or better yet even a raise. I say this because he is on the front line. He is the face of this company and he is the person that solved our riddle. So when people call this company and they get Jason at their door they are getting an encyclopedia of knowledge and a ton of experience that gets the job done and that's what keeps these companies going. "I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

"I am a 74 yr old disabled Navy Vet who over my lifetime repaired and installed various electrical and electronic devices for family, friends and myself. Now due to my health, I no longer am able to do this, so I am at the mercy of others to fix things. Our blower motor and start/run capacitor went out in a Lennox Propane furnace in February of 2018 and with my son's assistance the repaired was made. In Spring of 2019, I told my son that we needed to replace the start/run capacitor and the contactor as a preventative maint issue before the capacitor went bad and damaged something else. We failed to follow-up, and on an extremely hot and humid day in June, the start/run capacitor failed and my son, who went to school with Travis Byrd, suggested we let him do the work. Really good advice. My son called Travis and he came over very quickly, and quickly confirmed the start/run capacitor had failed. Travis had a heavy duty direct replacement capacitor on his truck and it was Made in the USA. I asked him to also replace the contactor with a heavy duty Made in the USA part. Travis had that part on his truck as well and replaced it. Travis only uses heavy duty American made parts when available. Travis also charges by the job after arriving and not by the hour. His prices per job are much lower than most others per hour prices. Travis did an excellent repair at a very reasonable price using heavy duty American made parts. Travis then checked to see if I needed any refrigerant as a no-cost courtesy and the refrigerant amount was within specs. He explained his Spring/Fall low cost HVAC preventative maintenance program to me and I am going to sign up for that now. Because of Travis and his prompt, friendly, professional customer service HVAC repair, I am now confident that I have found the best company for any future HVAC problems. I highly recommend Travis Byrd for any HVAC repair that you may have."

"I called to set up a time for getting a quite for cleaning my heat =pump ahead of winter. He came over and did my heat pump PM and inspected the air vents in my crawl space underneath the house. I was shocked when he showed me the pictures. He then worked up an itemized quote to cover needed repairs. I felt like he gave me a fair estimate and was even open to working with me on the cost. We set a schedule for him to start. He started and finished the project as scheduled. I love how he works and would highly recommend him to anyone needing heating and air system work done. "Customer service is the worst ever. Technicians are great had new Heat Pump installed 3 weeks later AC went out. Two days later finally got tech out found problems with leak in new coil in inside unit. Could not fix because was a factory weld Supposed to replace coil have not heard anything weeks later. Call CS told manager would call me. Still waiting"

Trane was outstanding backing their warranty but the service operation was terrible and not above lying. Goodman system has been flawless. Again, Brad was a pleasure to deal with."
