When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. "Recently I had an issue with a hot water heater in one of my rentals. I was disappointed to learn the cost of a water heater at the local hardware store. I called A plus Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised to find out they could squeeze me into the next day's schedule and the cost was only a few dollars more than what I could purchase a new water heater for! After arriving they quickly resolved my hot water issue and tackled another problem with my toilet. Being able to take a hot shower and flush a toilet correctly are such privileges. I usually do my own plumbing, but after this experience I will be calling this local plumber first. Thank you for the great and timely service. Update - since replacing the water heater, I have called A plus Plumbing to set a new trailer (water,sewer,gas) and had them repair a main water leak at another unit with the same promptness and professionalism. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
