"The job didn’t go very well as one of the workers who wasn’t paying attention stepped through the ceiling of a downstairs room and caused insulation to come through the hole and insulation was spread over the laundry room including on the washer, dryer floor and sink.  They cleaned it up and repaired the damage but this should never have happened.  The work, once it was finished, was satisfactory."

"Chris provided me with a date and time to visit the site and collect information for the estimate. He arrived promptly on the day and time that he scheduled the estimate. (This may seem trivial, but I've found that a large portion of the contractors/subcontractors that I've dealt with, can't stick to this initial agreement or even notify you that they can't keep their appointment). <br /> Chris inspected the existing rough HVAC system completely. This includes going into the attic and the crawl space. He took specs from the existing HVAC units and the square footage of our home. During the initial visit, he quickly pointed out that the existing HVAC system was missing three registers that would play a significant role in cooling certian areas of the house. Once he had gathered all of the information he needed about the existing HVAC system, he committed to have an estimate for me in a few days. <br /> During the time between his initial visit and providing the estimate, Chris made a second visit to the house to confirm specs on our unit. During his second visit, he was able to confirm that our unit was undersized and would not be able to efficiently cool our house based on the square footage. His asessment was accurate and later confirmed by a different HVAC vendor. Additionally...and at no charge, he left two air registers for me to install, so that I wouldn't have to postpone getting drywall installed. <br /> He submitted his estimate to me within the window promised. His estimate was professional and detailed. It included pricing options that would allow me to add or remove features to help stay within our budget. <br /> Ultimately, we had to go a different route with our HVAC system due to some unfortunate financial limitations. These financial limitations stemmed from a severly over budget residential construction project that was abandoned by the general contractor, and is in no way a reflection of uncompetitive pricing by Aire Today. I felt that Chris was 100% trustworthy and was a complete professional in his field. <br /> I would not hesitate to use Aire Today in the future, if presented with the oppurtunity. <br />"
