"A very nice guy from Easterling Insulation came out and he told me of things that he saw that need to be fixed which the other insulation service provider didn't so I'm going to have them do the insulation. They are cheaper than the former insulation service provider. Again, they haven't done it yet but as far as thoroughness those guys were the best and their prices about the half the cost of Sears and Home Depot. I haven't used them yet. I'm going to be using them by next month or so. I got the quote at $567.51 while Home Depot was about $1096 and Sears $1200. The thing that I found out about the former company that they guarantee their staff and you know they give like a 10-year or 15-year and everything goes and goes wrong and what amount cost of all this good things but the problem is they hired third party people to do it and they guaranteed the work so you see the profits that divide between Home Depot and the contractor. You get my point there is a third party and that put raise to the price while Easterling Insulation service is very good. They're very knowledgeable, friendly and very detail on what was going to be done. Like I said I already talk to Sears and Home Depot so I had some background and questions to ask them and they not only gave me the same answers but they were giving more detail because they told me of things that really should be done that the rest did do because the other two (Searsand Home Depot) their bid was based on square feet and that actually going up and see the inadequacy what it looks like and for instance I have vaulted ceiling and the insulation on the end of the vault were missing. I don't know if the two former companies replaced that insulation."

"Even though I told him that I was a renter and my landlord would not be interested in any sort of major upgrade the contractor's only suggestion was that I do $2000+ of insulation work. <br />To me that was a ridiculous suggestion for someone who didn't even own the place. <br />He was polite and punctual, but I guess couldn't be bothered with someone who might be able to spend only a few hundred dollars at most. Excellent price for services rendered. Happy the unit could be fixed and more coils were not having to be purchased. He is very educational to show customer where the problems lie in system and how to prevent future issues with the unit. We will call Dirty Works in the future for any air conditioner problems. This is the second time we have called Dirty Works for different air conditioner problems and both times were responded to fast and fixed within hours. We will recommend services to everyone we know! Wish we had more services that were this honest to their customers."
