"Don came out to take measurements and we promptly received a quote. We had gotten three referrals and Choice was our fourth. We really liked Don the best so we placed the order to have 17 windows replaced. They came when they said they would and completed the job in two days. The men who came out were fantastic! They were professional and very polite. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Our new windows look awesome, and we couldn't be more pleased. Our old windows were original to the house and there were some we were not able to open. We are so glad we went with Choice and would definitely recommend them. Don emailed me the following day to make sure we were pleased with the work. Fantastic company! We will be contacting them for other work we need at our home."

"The entire process from getting a price, to getting more detailed information on the windows to the final installation was incredibly easy and professional. I submitted a request for quote to 4 companies along with pictures and dimensions. Zen windows was the only company that responded. Andrew was extremely helpful in the decision process and educating me on the Soft Lite windows. JR came out measured the windows and thank goodness he and his team did the installation. They were immaculate in their work and the attention to detail with the capping and caulking was awesome. Our home looks great with these new windows, thanks to the entire Zen team. "I called Jonathan on a Monday morning and he returned my call the same day, and came out the next day to look at the job and provide a quote.  I accepted his bid and he got started the next day.   He provided thorough information about the various product options. The craftsmanship of the new boardwalk is so much better than what was there before. He did quality work in the time promised and cleaned up completely after the job was finished. I was very pleased and will have him back to do the next phase of our decking replacement when the time comes.

"Agreed upon services were competitively priced and completed in a timely fashion. However, the Blue Ribbon Exteriors installation team should be very careful with existing home features that they come into contact with. Many of the original flashing, gutters, and trim features of the home were damaged when the project was completed. Also, scaffolding that was installed at the rear of the home was not properly stabilized and supported which collapsed (in wind) and damaged an existing composite deck. Although, the roof looked good when it was done and there has not been any leaking issues or shingle loss in the past year. The "Would you hire again" question should have a "Maybe" option which I surely would select after this experience."
