Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. "I found a rust stain on the floor of a storage closet. There is an old pipe under a shelf and I discovered that it was damp and had a very slow leak. I called Olin and the next day Doug arrived. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced part of the old rusty pipe with pvc. He waited for about twenty minutes and checked it to be sure that it was okay. It was still leaking, so he redid it and waited again to check for leaks. This time it was not leaking. I appreciated that he took the time to be sure it fixed before he left. Doug did a great job and I would recommend him. Also, he applied an Angie’s list coupon to my bill."
