Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. We initially thought we would have to make some serious sheet rock repair but the electrician came in, appraised the situation and found a way to make it work with no repairs necessary.  He was quick, clean and gave us a detailed rundown of the job while in progress and before.   We also had them quote some additional fan box installations that weren't put in when our house was built and we plan to have them back soon to do that work too!
