I wanted to replace the tank only, but both companies I called would only replace the entire toilet - which was much more expensive I didn't have any more time to shop around so I used Comfortable Climate because they were recommended by a family member who had used them last year to install two new toilets and they could come the following day. The employees I dealt with were courteous and professional. They arrived on time, removed the old toilet and installed the new in a reasonable amount of time and left the work area clean. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them."

"Angie's list saved us an $85 dollar service fee and got us a reputable heating and air company. Kudos Angie's List. Rose Brothers Heating and Ac was excellent.  Even during a busy season they were able to get us an appointment quickly and the serviceman was right on time.  We did have two different representatives but it all worked out.  The first serviceman overlooked a sequencer problem on the blower unit due to the low coolant charge but the company dispatched an on-call serviceman within the hour when we called to state the unit was still not cooling.  The second serviceman identified the sequencer in a very reasonable amount of time and quickly had us cooling again.  There was no service fee for the second visit but there was an install/part fee for the sequencer.  Overall we had a very satisfactory experience and would definitely use Rose Brothers Heating and Ac again.  My only wish is that we would have used them earlier.

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Excellent experience.  We have used H&B exclusively for our plumbing and heat pump work for the last few years.  They are extremely responsive and do what it takes to get your problem resolved as quickly as possible.  Good communication about options or if it can't be fixed within the same call.  In this instance, the issue was a bad control board and the part was still under warranty years after heat pump purchase.  But the amazing thing is we didn't buy the heat pump from H&B.  We purchased it from another vendor before we started using H&B.  H&B determined the part was still under warranty, handled the acquisition of the replacement part with the manufacturer and all the associated paperwork.  The part was overnighted and installed the next day.  Meanwhile H&B were wonderful enough to haul our heavy old window unit A/C out of storage and put in the bedroom so that our senior dog would be comfortable overnight during the record breaking heat.  We've been in this area/house for almost 20 years and have used cheaper options but learned you get what you pay for.  H&B: dependable, responsive, courteous & performs quality work that they stand behind!

"We had our ancient oil-fired boiler replaced with a natural gas, modern unit and separate hot water heater. On the one hand, it seemed like anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. On the other, we are very happy with the end result. The reason for my excellent rating is that this company responded to all of the issues quickly and decently. When a water leak under the house and another issue caused us to be without water (and hot water) for a night, they sent us to a hotel and paid for it. The owner, Andy Anderson, is a stand up guy. The (many!) extra pieces of work that had to be done (some possibly caused by the workers, but equally possibly due to old piping in a 96 year old house) were done at no extra cost to us, because he stands by his company, the quality of work, and cares about his company's reputation. If one guy didn't know how to do something, another was sent to deal with it, and make it right. Andy saw to the final check personally, which meant a lot to us- the end result is a perfectly functioning boiler and hot water heater. We would highly recommend this company and we are very happy."
