"Excellent service. Professional - the person that gave the quote explained everything very clearly. The Installer (garage door opener and replacement of some parts on the actual door) was excellent and thorough. Tech cleaned up the wiring that was there and added some reinforcements. The previous door had not been installed very well. (Handyman special maybe?) There was an issue with the new opener kicking the breaker so I had to get an electrician our before I could use it. I went from 1/2 horse to 3/4 horse, which the electrician said I didn't I need due to size of door- 1 car small garage. I had no idea what I really "needed". I would recommend company though I think they are a bit pricey (But generally you get what you pay for.) and I maybe should have researched horse power needs before committing."

He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

"it went very well. from the minute jerry and his helper arrived and started to carefully protect and remove furniture from construction dust to the time they moved it all back, they acted in a professional manner. jerry had to replace a lot of drywall. it was done seamlessly. the same with my front door. it was painted and repaired so that it looks brand new. "Matt is absolutely the best person you could choose to work with. We had SO much work done and he is incredible. He is fast, extremely competent in so many different areas, professional, affordable, polite, helpful, and just all around good at what he does and not can he do a lot. We have had our whole home repainted, laminate installed throughout, kitchen cabinets installed, baseboards, new appliances installed, new doors, door knobs, thresholds, tile backsplash, new toilets installed, custom shelves, all the outlets and switches replaced, and more I’m sure I can’t remember. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
