The result of the project is a much better lit and livable living room. I want to extend special kudos to Roy. He was very professional, polite, and friendly. A joy to have working on my home. He went out of his way to avoid creating any holes in the ceiling other than those housing the lighting fixtures. And he also did a safety inspection of my home's fuse box. "Great. I already had the 2 units scheduled for replacement. The unit upstairs failed 4 days before scheduled replacement. They scrambled and was able to get it installed 2 days earlier !!. Very luck that a cool spell came through so we only didn't suffer too much. They even cam back with an additional part so they could complete the install in the same day. They started @ 7:00 am that morning. Very friendly !!! Would defiantly recommend."

Nice service guy, pretty routine visit.

HOWEVER, we do have a whole-house Aprilaire humidifier and I would have appreciated him ensuring that was working, maybe offered to replace filter, etc. (for addl. fee, of course).  This was our first winter at this home and I did not think to request they look at this (again, would hope they would be looking for such).
