I had hired Bowen to service our existing 15 -20 year old unit, and they helped us keep it running for 3 years until we eventually had to bite the bullet. They replaced the unit with a much more efficient York unit with a 10 year parts and labor warranty for a very fair price. They had to manage through a narrow attic access, but got the job done and we could not be happier. The owners and technicians consistently provided honest answers and met their commitments (time and price), and we would highly recommend them. Finding a small business owner that really understands customer service can be a challenge at times, but we got lucky 3 years ago, and i am glad we started this relationship."

Joe was the first to come over and give us an evaluation and an estimate. The others wanted to wait till after dark or the next day. They beat all the others prices on a new a/c. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
