Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. My water heater needed work.  Leaky faucet and broken garbage disposal.  The plumber arrived on time, and presented a professional estimate to replace the water heater, faucet and garbage disposal.

The problem I have, and the reason I gave an overall rating of only a C, is that the plumber recommended replacing the water heater and the kitchen faucet, but the water heater was easily repaired by another plumber,and the kitchen faucet did not need to be replaced either, as it only needed an "O" ring.
