"I had Jimmy Johnson and he was very thorough in telling me about the product and also different things I could do to help save on my energy bill.  The cheque that came through was very courteous.  He made sure that he wore covers for his shoes and he was very polite.  He said thank you and was very thorough with what he did.  Whenever he did anything, he’d always let me know and was very informative.  He had things done quickly and efficiently.  I don’t remember how much I spent on the services.  He was a little more expensive but I feel that he’s worth it.  He is very good at what he does and he’s also very knowledgeable.  Price wise he does sell more high quality and stuff.  He is very quick to get out there and get stuff done.  He was fifteen minutes early.  I will use his services again in the future if I needed to."

"Don,t count on CHW for emergency repairs; water heater problem...3 days before anyone could come out...contacted my own service... no reimbursement from CHW. Otherwise wait time is usually 3 to 7 days for assessment then more time for actual work. The repair services have done exceptional work. One service was rescheduled 3 times by company for assessment only.. took another 2 weeks for parts and repair. Another company made instant assessment and repair. Usually $65 for service fee. AC system was replaced with a known brand, but I still had out of pocket expenses of which I was notified ($650). Lousy call center outside US...scripted. Very frustrating trying to explain issues and understanding replies. Companies hired by CHW did exceptional work. No complaints other than scheduling. Will investigate other companies when contract expires."

He came back Monday to test the water and then installed a custom built water softener on Thursday.He evaluated what type of softener we needed by asking about our families particular needs.
