"They ripped the siding off and they guaranteed that I would never know that it was done but they were wrong because I could see where the nail guns were used.  I had someone else take care of making sure that the nails weren't visible and sent Midwest insulation the bill and they reimbursed me quickly.  I know they did a good job because I can no longer hear street noise or noise from the rail yards.  I haven't however seen a change in my electric or gas bill. They did give me a lifetime guarantee so if i ever need them again I can call them if need be."

Testing positive we decided to go with a company who was certified in meth cleanup and who could provide us with a certificate of remediation. This company has specific federal guidelines to follow as well as the proper gear for cleaning. We had to use their company's air duct cleaning service for certification. "Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
