"The vacuuming out of the old blown in insulation went like a charm. The first attempt at the open cell spray foam insulation had hiccups for the spray foam gun malfunctioning. During the troubleshooting the spray foam hoses then sprung a leak into my house. Luckily the A component was the leak and able to be cleaned up. The attic then went without insulation that weekend until the Monday when the spray foam insulation was installed by a another subcontractor crew."

"Overall, the process went well.  Mike is the salesman who visited my home and provided the estimate.  Other than a late arrival, Mike was professional and explained the impact of the insulation on the comfort of the home but could have done a better job quantifying the energy savings.  During the buying decision, Mike was available for questions and followed up in a professional manner.  I chose Garland because they were the most competitive on price and met the same service expectations as the other provider.  The installation crew were prompt, but there was some confusion at the dispatch because I was not notified that the crew was in-route and had to adjust my schedule.  Once the crew arrived, the set up quickly and installed the installation.  They quick, efficient, and mindful of not making a mess.  They laid plastic down and cleaned up after themselves.  I'm looking forward to the added comfort of my home. <br />"

"It was a great experience from start to finish, with no surprises or additional costs. I had a great conversation with Somer and she set up an appointment for Bradley to come to my home. He is a great consultant. We toured my home, I expressed my concerns, he explained my options, and we decided on a course of action. It was scheduled to be a two day project, but it was completed in one day, because Paco was able to get a second crew, due to another job being postponed. Paco is as good as advertised. He is extremely polite, a great technician, and treated my home like it was his own. His crew protected the flooring and cleaned up after the job was completed. They arrived at 8am, and left at 7pm. Since the project was completed, I've noticed that the temperature throughout the house appears to be constant, unlike before, when I had hot and cold areas. The project involved removal of the old insulation, install radiant barrier, apply 18" of new insulation, installation of two solar fans, an attic stairway tent, replace 9 soffits and install 11 new ones to increase ventilation. They also applied new insulation and a whirlybird to my detached garage. Again, this was supposed to be a two day project. Randy came to see how things were going, and I received a call from Gus (Operations Manager) as well. The attic looks awesome and feels cool. Bradley came the following day to ensure that everything went well and that I was satisfied. I appreciate the level of attention provided, and the care the crews took in cleaning up afterwards. I consider this project to be a great investment, which will provide many years of comfort, and increase my home's energy efficiency throughout the seasons. I am confident that the future energy savings will eventually pay for this one time project."

"Darren just installed insulation yesterday and I could immediately feel the difference! I keep my thermostat on 74 during the day, but it's usually 77-78 by afternoon. Today I got home, and it's actually 74 in my house! I was looking into getting new windows, but so glad I went with insulation instead. Great team and great service. Neal added 12" of loose-fill insulation to my attic, installed a Wi-Fi Attic fan and installed a radiant barrier to the underside of my roof. "The roof was completed on January 10, 2019. James Pruitt met with me January 3, 2019 for an hour to discuss different shingles, walk and check my roof. We discuss my back porch which had some decking issues. His crew showed up at 6:50 AM and had a complete tear off, used 3 sheets of 7/16 OSB and installed Roofnado Anchor Deck 90 on the entire deck. The job was completed by 5:00PM and James supervised the job and did a final walk though check. The clean up was excellent and all trash hauled off. It should be noted the final price was within $15.00 dollars of his estimate. Other roofers gave me vague estimates, never walked my roof or responded 4 to 7 days later or not at all. James details all that he does in his Angies List Specials. My roof was priced at the special sq ft rate even though it did not fit one his specials. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Secure Roofing again."
