Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

The guy that came out, his name was Connie and he's the one that fixed the furnace. We had another company come three times and try to fix that furnace for us this winter. He walked in the backdoor, and stood in front of the furnace and said it needed whatever it was that it needed. He put it in, and it worked perfectly ever since. We were really unhappy with the other company. He walked in and fixed it. We couldn't ask for anything more. We've already used them twice. We used them for our furnace and for our air conditioner."
