"Can’t say enough positive things! 1) Told me that insulating some parts of the house wouldn’t help this issue - “We want your business, but we won’t sell you what you don’t need!” My first quote from another company was “$4,500 ~ $6,500!” The work they did was significantly less than $750! It is very RARE these days to work with truly honest business owners!! 2) They called the next day to tell me that the insulation was coming from a different warehouse so the installation might be delayed from the scheduled morning to later that same day, but in the afternoon. But, when the insulation came in earlier than expected, they called to see if they could come EARLIER than originally planned! Showed up, did the installation, cleaned up what little mess they had made. 3) I’m always happy when I can support a veteran owned business! (GO NAVY!)"

"It has been fabulous. Not having the yard work to deal with has been a huge relief. It looks better than ever even with our 2 children and 3 dogs using it for their play area! The dogs make it very dificult to maintain good grass since they also use the back yard for their play area and their bathroom!! However, with Rick's attention it has begun to flourish again. His crew is always quick and efficient. They are always careful about not letting our dogs out if they happen to be in the back yard when they begin the work. I have three white Oaks and 2 Red Oaks and several Maples and Beach trees that produce an enormous amount of leaves. Their efficient weekly removal of those leaves has been one of the factors that has helped our grass flourish. We paid to have a professional designer draft us a landscape plan and Rick has helped us to prioritize the plan. Implementing the entire plan would take 20-30K. We have done a little at a time and we are slowly getting it done. Rick has done several of the phases himself and we have been very pleased with his hardscape work as well as the bed and planting phases he has done for us. He has always been very responsive to any inquiry or concern I may have. He takes care of everything immediately, from quoting out specific projects to doing them when he says that he will do them. I think the fact that we went with him for a yearly yard maintenance contract has allowed him to be generous when it comes to implementing additional beds and plantings which has saved us some money with those phases depending on how you look at it. Yes it is a cost that I could not have as I have mowed and maintained my lawn for years. But I was not nearly as efficient or as reliable as they are with mowing, raking, weeding, aerating and seeding so in my opinion that cost is totally worth the effort, time, and reliability anyway. To me, the fact that he does plantings and projects for us more cheaply than if I contracted someone else to only come in and do it is gravy for us and smart for him as I have decided to continue our contract indefinitely because we are very happy with his reliability and service on regular maintence and the extra time has allowed me to devote more time to raising and teaching my children. <br />"

"One man came out and measured both the size of the attic and the depth of the insulation already in the attic, then a lady called a few days later and gave me a price and made an appointment to have insulation blown in. Two men came at the agreed time to blow the attic full of insulation. They were pleasant and did a good job. I also wanted insulation hung underneath my den floor which was a concrete floor that had no insulation. The men glued posts to the bottom (underneath side) of the den floor and came back a few days later to hang insulation underneath the floor. I have no complaints with the men or with their work."

Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"
