"Custom cabinets and complete rewiring of area. Replaced my dated Service box to the pole and added up to code wiring. Feel much safer. I was able to update to gas hotwater heater and Chris and his guys took care of everything. Even added a Generator hookup onto the back of the house and provided enough service to allow for hookup for my Shop. Getting ready to rewire my shop and Chris will be my guy again."

"He seemed a bit rushed and harried both on the phone and in person. Not rude or anything, just like he had a lot going on. I called him asking about a straight mow and edging, saying I was expecting to pay $30-$40. He said he couldn't do it for anything less than $50. I believe he indicated that basically, for just a mow, it's a long way for him to go (I'm in Greensboro, he's out of Whitsett). Since I just wanted to get it done, I went ahead and scheduled him. He ended up calling the day before he was scheduled to come, indicating that he was in the area and could come in about 20 mins, and I agreed.

When he arrived and saw the lawn (which had gotten quite long), he said it would definitely be $50, especially since our gates to the back yard are too small for the rider mowers. The job was completed quickly. My one complaint is that the edging wasn't what it could have been (last time I hired somebody I looked when it was done and I was like "Wow! It looks so crisp and clean!").

I asked him for an estimate for lawncare (fertilization, weed control, etc) and he said it would be $200 a month, and that was all-inclusive (I think), including aeration and possibly mowing? (not sure about the mow part.) I think the actual seed is additional though, which is standard. This number is higher than other places I'd contacted, but it's hard to know if I'm really comparing apples and apples ... a different place estimated around $450 total to come every 7 weeks, for a total of 5x. That estimate did not, however, include aeration.

The reason I have said I would not use him again is that a) I know I can find a cheaper mow if I take the time to shop around, and b) For the year-round lawncare, his price does seem high, and I think I need to look around some more."

"One man came out and measured both the size of the attic and the depth of the insulation already in the attic, then a lady called a few days later and gave me a price and made an appointment to have insulation blown in. Two men came at the agreed time to blow the attic full of insulation. They were pleasant and did a good job. I also wanted insulation hung underneath my den floor which was a concrete floor that had no insulation. The men glued posts to the bottom (underneath side) of the den floor and came back a few days later to hang insulation underneath the floor. I have no complaints with the men or with their work."

"We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"
