"From the beginning Brooklyn Soundproofing and Insulation was on top of the job. I had a home estimate and from the first day to the end, the company's performance was over 100%. They said the job would take 3 days and it took only 3 days. I had to soundproof my wall in my living room because I could literally hear my next door neighbor breathing as well as having temper tantrums every other day. They cleared out the space and kept the work in an enclosed area to prevent the dust from spreading through the apt. The workers were amazing and they did a great job putting a soundproof wall over my existing wall in the living room. <br /> After the wall was completed, I couldn't even tell that a new wall was installed. "From estimate to job completion, it was a wonderful experience. I felt that Joe was thorough and professional in his estimate and took the time to explain what was and wasn't going on in my attic and the service that his company could provide. They were a tiny more expensive than their competitors (I always get multiple estimates) but I felt I would get a trustworthy service from Atticrawl because I felt comfortable with what Joe was explaining. Francisco and his four-man crew arrived super early (6:45 am although they waited until 7:05 am to ring the bell) and wasted no time prepping my house from the door to the attic (in the master closet) with plastic and tarps. They weren’t able to get the screen out of my window so they were forced to haul all the bags of old insulation down the steps and out the front door. They were very efficient with their time with Francisco sharing photos with me once all the baffles were in and the space was emptied out and cleaned. They then added the new insulation, removed all the plastic and tarps and vacuumed my house wherever they had tramped. They didn’t leave a scrap of debris or anything behind inside or outside my house. Great job! They were done and gone by 12:30 pm. "Innovative air was able to trouble shoot problems with an old house that others were not able to identify. They are clearly experts with old homes. The estimator was on time and knew more about our house than any other contractor that we met with. Their proposal was detailed and they did everything they promised. John, Matt and crew showed up when promised, finished on time and they were so clean that they left no trace of their work. We struggled to keep our house cool in the summer and warm in the winter, now even our old HVAC system can do the job with ease. They solved our problems and we are completely satisfied. "Rob's crew arrived on time and immediately brought in tarps plentiful and large enough to cover the entire paths to the various attics, (3 areas).  They began work immediately and raised our attic  floor 4 inches,blew in insulation and then replaced the plywood so we could still use the space for storage.  They took out all the old batting carefully putting it in garbage bags and carryied  it to their truck.   <br /> After each day's work, (it took 3-there was a lot to do) they vaccuumed the area thoroughly and carefully.  The group was very polite to us and were extremely honest. <br /> They blew insulation through holes they drilled in the garage ceiling and then spackled each one carefully.   <br /> They addressed each of our points and even gave us a senior discount.  Rob came the day after the work was completed and brought the invoice for the balance.   <br /> I would certainly recommend them to anyone.  Rob, himself, is great to work with and his crew is the best. <br />"
