"Joe was the first to call shortly after I submitted my request for service. He had the tech out that morning who confirmed what I thought was the issue - the AC needed replacement. Since both the furnace & AC were original, I asked for an estimate to replace both. Joe's estimate was very fair given I had an estimate earlier in the year for just the AC. Because I am in a condo, choices were limited on both the AC unit and the furnance (because of size and space limitations). But Joe found a good combination of products and the install team came out on a SUNDAY! The job was not an easy one and I appreciated the team's tenacity in completing the installation. So far, everything is working well. One thing to be aware of: while the company offers an interest free payment plan, that plan is based on a higher cost (essentially I took it to mean the interest was built into the payoff period) so I chose to go with the original estimate."

"Our oil furnace/HVAC could not be repaired. We purchased a new unit, the install went well thanks to two professional technicians from Delaware. Our issues began after a visit from an inspector arrived 6 days later. He wouldn't listen to any question and replied "If I answer that, I have to charge you!" We have no idea what he did to the new thermostat, new oil furnace, and/or to the AC condenser. We reported it within 6 days when the outside temperature was in the 80's. Today a technician was scheduled between 8am-12noon. I was told he would be a little late...Another call advised that he needed to be replaced with a technician that is knowledgeable about "Oil furnace/ HVAC systems"??? We are now at the mercy of a longer wait time and hope someone will show up today with the temperature rising in our home. Praying that all will be corrected at no additional cost to us."

He provided us with estimates for a number of options - similar to those from other HVAC companies that quoted for this work. Alex made the one and a half hour drive to visit with us again, to walk us through the contract details, and to explain install process. This was a really nice touch as usually contracts are signed electronically these days. "The sales person, sold me a 15.5 seer heat pump and and the model it says 14.0 seer, so I asked the technician and he told me that, with both systems equal to 15.5 seer. I wanted to see 15.5 seer on the machine specifications but it does not said. So at this point, I donâ t know if the system installed at my house was 14.0 or 15.5 seer."

"Our office needed a replacement water heater installed. Heil was very responsive to my multiple emails and calls. We did have to pay an additional fee of $250 to expedite the replacement due to the water heater not being currently available in their personal inventory. So far, we are pleased with the replacement. The price paid was almost a third of what other companies estimated."
