He was professional and explained everything in detail of what was work was going to be done and how long it would take. We scheduled within a week at a reasonable price. His crew were neat, organized and finished on time! We were notified of some extra things that were found while they were on the job but were not pressured to have those things done. We recommend American Attic to friends or family and would definitely use them again."

Then she was extremely accommodating when we had to delay installation due to a roof leak. The crew was fastidious, and impossibly quiet. Hardly knew they were there. "All the amazing reviews about SOD Home Group were spot on!  He and his crew were AWESOME! The work is superb. They did it in the time Oren promised and with attention to detail. He rolled with some changes and we couldn’t be happier. Oren was there every day to make sure all was going well, and he responded quickly to any text or question I had.Another thing I like about working with SOD Home Group was that everything was in writing. There were no surprises, and he did everything (actually more) that was agreed upon.We had SOD Home Group rebuild our entire home including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, entry, garage and more…. Besides that, he added a set of stairs with 2 landings down the side of our hillside home. Part of the work was to remove the popcorn ceilings & re-plastering, removal of drop ceiling lights and install new lights instead. Removal of carpet and new flooring and molding installed, replaced old vanity with a new one. "They said that they couldn't give an estimate until they did an evaluation. I am sure that the pictures he showed me were, in fact, my attic. But they said that they couldn't do the deal that I'd purchased for $149 because of the situation in my attic. This seemed like a complete bait-and-switch operation. The representative was very nice and not at all high pressure. They wanted to remove all old insulation and damage from rats, seal up the holes, treat with rat repellent and blow in new insulation. I approved the work they outlined. They did the work, showing me pictures of the finished product. I am still unsure if they sealed my ducts, which is concerning since they blew in loose fiberglass. They seemed a little skittish about giving me the product information that they were using, but they did tell me. After they left, I wanted the specific brand and company manufacturing info, which they said they'd mail to me. They never have sent that to me."

"Job is done and never thought I would be so excited about a ceiling, but it looks so crisp and clean – and so much better without the popcorn! I hired Pacific Drywall and Painting (Scott). My job was atypical. I have vaulted ceilings throughout the house and required scaffolding for the job. Plus, I had recessed lighting put in at the same time (so broke job up – 1st scrape ceiling, then electrician puts ceiling holes & connections, then mudding/painting/drywalling holes, then electrician adds lights and finishing touches). Scott had all the necessary equipment, could start the job right away, and was flexible to work with the electrician. He was reasonably priced (not cheapest but a couple of thousand less than my highest quotes). He had a solid bid and stuck to it. Work was done to a high quality and Scott was mostly responsive to my requests and needs. I would recommend. A couple of notes. -The job was messy – doesn’t matter who does it, be prepared for a lot of dust. I didn’t have to live in it. -There is likely to be drywall repair – so make sure you prepare for some added cost from that. -Depending on the equipment needed, you have to be prepared that some things will get bumped and marked. I had a couple of places on the floors but Scott was very responsive and came back and fixed it. - Since my job was drawn out with the addition of the electrician (didn’t work for Scott) in the mix, there was a weird situation where Scott asked for payment early (terms was at the end of the job). However, after chatting it through. Scott understood my hesitation and let me pay at the end as originally agreed. - Scott went on vacation with his family during my job so responsiveness got a bit challenging for a few days – but he eventually, he got back to me. Most of the rest of the time, he was quite responsive. All and all, I am happy with the experience and extremely pleased with the results and recommend Pacific Drywall & Painting."
