He came out the same day I contacted him, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a very fair estimate. (Much better than a different quote we got) He fixed the leak quickly and we were able to get Peoples Gas to turn the gas back on without any issues. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."
