"I can't say enough about how well this went. We could not afford an encapsulation of our crawl space but were having humidity and water issues. Mark came out and was able to not only dry up the current water but he put a dehumidifier underneath that completely cleared up the humidity issue. "I needed retrofit ductwork repair involving removing an old duct trunk line and reinstall a new one with insulation due to condensation problems the previous one was having. Fusion had the median of all the other contractors’ price points who I conferred with for completing the work. They also displayed the most confidence in being able to do the work to my satisfaction and rectify the poor craftsmanship that the original contractor exhibited. For the most part, the end result was acceptable, there was just some DIY work remaining which I had not anticipated. I acknowledge that retrofitting old flex lines and collars will afford some margin of error for exactness, but simple predesign calculations would have mitigated the problems observed post completion. Also, the insulation wasn’t complete as agreed upon, but I was able to install insulation for complete coverage of the whole duct on my own."

"Outstanding job on crawl space - even other contractors have commented on it. Good job on sealing ducts. Not happy with humidifier performance or their reaction when I called.
