"Everything was perfect. Our heater was down and we had gotten bids from other companies but we just weren't satisfied with the companies that were coming out. Then our neighbor recommended Houston's Best so we gave them a try. They came out and gave us the bid on a new heater but they also pointed out that our gasline was equipped for a certain size heater and that we should properly size the equipment so that it would run efficiently and save us money in the long run. No one other company had ever mentioned that to us in the 8 yrs we have lived here. The heater we wanted was a 400,000btu heater but our gas meter was rated for a max output of 350,000 btu. So they explained thats why the heater we had burned out so quickly. So they installed a 333,000btu heater and it works great it heats up faster than the 400,000btu heater we once had. Instead of just taking the money for the bigger heater knowing that it wouldn't last they sold me the heater I needed for a lower price. I had them do other work while they were here installing the heater and they have my pool running better than its ever been.
